Land & Acreage Aerial Photography in Iowa
Land is sold on facts that are almost impossible to photograph from the ground: where the boundary runs, how the access works, what the drainage does, what the neighbors are using their ground for, and how the parcel sits in the larger landscape. Those are aerial facts.
What land & acreage photography actually gives you.
Land is sold on facts that are almost impossible to photograph from the ground: where the boundary runs, how the access works, what the drainage does, what the neighbors are using their ground for, and how the parcel sits in the larger landscape. Those are aerial facts.
Land and acreage coverage is built around answering them. Flights include boundary views, an approach that shows the road and drive, higher frames that show the parcel's shape, and closer passes over buildings, water and terrain. The result is a set a buyer can study before making the drive — which is exactly what a serious land buyer wants to do.

Acreage and hobby farms
When a property is a house plus outbuildings plus ground, the aerial set is the only imagery that shows all three at once and in proportion.
Farm ground and agricultural parcels
Field layout, drainage, access lanes and adjoining land use are documented for sale, lease, estate or development purposes.
Vacant land and development sites
A parcel with no buildings still has a story: shape, frontage, topography, utilities nearby, and what surrounds it. Aerial coverage tells it clearly.

Land & Acreage Photography — asked and answered.
How large a property can you photograph?
Standard packages cover typical acreage and hobby farms well. Larger working farms, multiple parcels or properties spread across several locations are quoted individually, since flight time and the number of images scale with the ground covered.
Can you show the property boundaries in the photos?
Aerial photos show fence lines, field edges, drives and tree lines that define a parcel in practice. They are not a survey and are not presented as one — for legal boundaries, a survey is still the authority. What the imagery does is make the layout understandable at a glance.
Do you photograph vacant land with no buildings?
Yes — vacant land is one of the most useful aerial subjects, because there is nothing at ground level to photograph. Coverage focuses on shape, frontage, terrain, access and surroundings.
What time of year is best for land photography?
It depends on what you need to show. Late spring and summer show crops and pasture at full growth; late fall and winter reveal terrain, drainage and boundary lines that vegetation hides. If the goal is selling the land's potential, mention it and the timing can be planned around it.
