What is collected
When you submit a booking request, the site collects the information you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, property location, property type, selected package, preferred date and project notes. Standard server logs may also record basic technical information such as the page visited and the time of the request.
How it is used
The information is used to respond to your request, prepare a quote, plan and deliver a shoot, and keep a record of the work. Your email address is used to reply to you and to send booking-related messages — it is not added to a marketing list without your consent.
Sharing
Your information is not sold or rented. It may be handled by service providers that host the website, store submissions, or deliver email on the studio's behalf, strictly for those purposes.
Property imagery
Aerial imagery of a property may be shown in the portfolio only with the client's permission. If imagery of your property appears here and you would like it removed, email iowaaerialphoto@gmail.com and it will be taken down.
Your choices
To review, correct or delete the information you submitted, email iowaaerialphoto@gmail.com. Requests are handled directly.
