If a property needs something the standard packages do not cover, send the address and details and you will get a custom quote before anything is scheduled.

Every package includes a planned flight over the property, professional editing, and digital delivery of the finished files. Essential Aerials includes 8 edited aerial photographs from multiple perspectives with 1–2 day delivery. Property Showcase adds more stills plus a 30–60 second aerial video. Land & Acreage adds more stills, video, and wider flight coverage for larger parcels.

Yes. Property Showcase and Land & Acreage both include a 30–60 second aerial video. Videos are delivered as digital files suitable for MLS add-ons, listing websites, and social media. Longer or more complex edits can be quoted separately.

Yes — land and acreage is one of the four core services. Flights are planned to show boundaries, access points, terrain, tree cover, structures, and how the parcel sits against neighboring land, which is usually the hardest thing to communicate with ground photography alone.

Essential Aerials is delivered in 1–2 days. Property Showcase and Land & Acreage are delivered in 2–3 days. Delivery timelines are counted from the completed flight, and weather reschedules move the timeline with the shoot.

Waukee, Des Moines, and West Des Moines are the primary service area, with coverage across Clive, Urbandale, Grimes, Johnston, Adel, Ankeny, Norwalk, and Dallas Center. Properties outside that list can usually still be covered — include the address in your request.

Send a booking request with the property address, property type, package, and preferred date. You will get a reply confirming availability and next steps. A shoot is only scheduled once you have confirmed the date and details — the request form does not lock in an appointment on its own.

Yes. Wind, rain, snow, and low cloud ceilings all affect drone flight, and the resulting photos are worse for it. When conditions are not suitable the shoot is rescheduled to the next workable window, usually within a few days.

Parts of the Des Moines metro sit inside controlled airspace around airports, and temporary flight restrictions can appear with little notice for events or emergencies. Flights are planned around those limits, which sometimes means a different altitude, a different time of day, or a nearby launch point.

Commercial drone flights in the United States are regulated by the FAA. Flights in controlled airspace require prior authorization, and commercial operators work under the FAA's small drone rule. Airspace, permissions, and site conditions are checked before every shoot.
