Terms of service

How booking, scheduling and delivery work for aerial photography projects.

Last updated: November 2026

Requests and quotes

Submitting the booking form sends a request, not a confirmed booking. A shoot is confirmed only after a date has been agreed by reply. Prices published on the site apply to the coverage listed in each package; any project outside those packages is quoted individually in writing before work begins.

Scheduling and weather

Drone flights depend on weather, light conditions, airspace and site access. When conditions are not suitable, or when airspace restrictions prevent a legal flight, the shoot is rescheduled to the next workable window. Delivery timelines are counted from the completed flight.

Access and preparation

The client is responsible for arranging access to the property and a safe launch area, and for letting the studio know about anything on site that affects a flight — pets, livestock, equipment, restricted areas or occupied buildings.

Delivery

Edited photographs and video are delivered as digital files. Delivery windows are estimates counted in business days after the flight. Raw files are not provided; the delivered edit is the finished product.

Image usage

Delivered imagery may be used by the client to market the photographed property — MLS, listing websites, print, and social media. Imagery may be shown in the studio's portfolio unless the client asks otherwise. Resale or licensing of the imagery to third parties for unrelated use requires written permission.
