What every package carries.

- Hand-edited color and exposure on every delivered frame.

What sits outside the packages.
- Interior and ground-level photography — aerial coverage complements it, it does not replace it.
- Staging, cleaning or property preparation before the shoot.
- Finished video edits with licensed music, titles or graphics.
- Rush delivery on the same day — ask, and it is quoted if the schedule allows it.
Custom projects
Bigger site? More buildings? A phased development?
Multi-building commercial sites, larger acreage, progress documentation and combined photo and video work are quoted individually. Send the scope and a fixed price comes back before anything is scheduled.
Pricing questions.
Does the package price include travel?
Package prices cover the flight, editing and digital delivery for properties within the standard service area. If a property sits outside that area, any travel cost is shown in the written quote before you commit to anything.
Can I add extra photos or a video later?
Yes, if the flight has already been made and the additional coverage was captured. If the extra imagery needs a second flight, it is treated as a new shoot. The simplest approach is to choose the package that fits the listing up front — Property Showcase is usually the right answer when video might be useful.
What kind of files do I receive?
Edited JPG photographs at full resolution for print and web, and MP4 video files for the video packages. Files are delivered as a digital download; there is no physical media.
Do you deliver raw or unedited images?
No. The value of the package is in the coverage and the editing. Every delivered image is a finished file that can go straight onto the MLS or into a marketing piece.
What happens if the weather ruins the shoot?
The shoot is rescheduled to the next workable window, usually within a few days. Wind, rain, snow and low cloud all degrade drone imagery, so flying through bad conditions is not offered as an option.
What is not included in the packages?
Aerial packages cover aerial imagery only. Interior photography, ground-level photography, staging, and finished video edits with music or graphics are not part of the listed packages — those can be quoted as custom work if you need them.
