Is my shoot confirmed when I submit the form?
No. The form sends a request, and every request is answered personally with available dates. A shoot is only confirmed once you have agreed a date and received confirmation back — nobody is billed or booked automatically.
What if I don't know which package to choose?
Pick the closest option and explain the property in the details field. If a different package fits better, you will be told in the reply before anything is scheduled — the package can change without a new request.
Does anyone need to be at the property during the flight?
Usually not, as long as access to the property and a launch point are arranged in advance. For occupied homes and commercial sites, gate codes, pets and parking are worked out when the date is confirmed.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as the listing date is known. Earlier requests have more date options and more flexibility around weather. Short-notice shoots are accommodated when the schedule allows — include your deadline in the request.
